Which ATS does Week 29 work with?

Week 29 is built to sit on top of Nordic ATS platforms such as Teamtailor, Jobylon and Intelliplan. If you run something else, we verify your setup in the first call. The requirement is that the candidate data can be read out digitally.

Do we have to switch ATS to use Week 29?

No. Week 29 is an intelligence layer that sits on top of your existing ATS. Your operational flows stay where they already are. You don't switch systems, you get more out of the one you already have.

Does Week 29 replace the recruiter?

No, and that is not the goal. Week 29 removes the searching, which eats most of a recruiter's week. The assessment, the interviews and the decisions stay with you. The system also learns from your adjustments, so your experience makes it better over time.

No, no training days. Your team keeps working in its ATS as usual, and searches are made with everyday words instead of exact keywords. We run the first searches together with you.

What happens if we want to stop?

Then you stop. The pilot has no lock-in period, your candidate data is yours, and we delete what we have processed for you when the collaboration ends. The exact terms are in the agreement.

Yes. AI may be used as decision support in recruiting, but the systems are classified as high risk under the EU AI Act and must meet requirements for traceability, transparency and human oversight. Decisions that affect a person must be made by a human. Week 29 is built to those requirements from the ground up.

AI systems used to search, assess or rank candidates are classified as high risk. That means documentation per processing activity, an explanation for every decision and meaningful human control. The requirements take full effect in August 2026.

Week 29 understands what you mean, not just exact keywords. It reads CVs, free text and interview notes and finds even people who were never tagged with the right keywords.

Yes, but always after your approval. Week 29 suggests tailored feedback based on your templates, and nothing is sent without a human saying yes. It protects the brand and keeps doors open.

Within the EU. The whole stack runs on Microsoft Azure with Sweden Central as the primary region and backups within the EU. CVs are pseudonymised before AI processing, so the model sees attributes and pseudonyms, never real names.
