This policy describes how Week 29 AB processes personal data on the week29.se website. For candidate data processed in the Week29 service, our customer is the data controller and Week 29 AB is the data processor. That processing is governed by a data processing agreement with the customer and is not covered by this policy. How the service handles candidate data is described on the Security page.

What data we process
- Details you provide in the contact or demo form: name, email address, organisation and the message you write. Providing them is voluntary, but without a name and an email address we cannot reply.
- Technical information required to deliver and protect the website, such as IP addresses in temporary operations logs.
- Visit statistics, in the way described under Visit statistics below.
Why we process it, and on what basis
- To answer your request. Basis: our legitimate interest in being able to reply to those who contact us.
- To run and protect the website. Basis: our legitimate interest in secure operation.
Visit statistics
The website uses no analytics tools today and sets no analytics cookies. If we start measuring visits, this page is updated before measurement is switched on.
How long we keep it
Requests arrive in our mailbox, where only those of us who work with requests have access. They are kept for as long as they are needed for the conversation and thereafter for no more than twenty four months. Technical operations logs are kept for a short time by our hosting provider and are cleared automatically. The content of a request is never written to the operations logs.
Cookies and browser storage
The website sets no cookies for analytics or marketing without your consent. This is what may be stored in your browser:

Who may receive the data
We use suppliers that process data on our behalf, on our instructions and under data processing agreements. Vercel Inc. runs the website. Vercel is a United States company, so data may be processed in the United States, on the basis of the EU adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
We never sell personal data.
How we protect the data
All traffic to the website is encrypted. The form only accepts calls from the website itself, and access to requests is limited to those who need it.
Your rights
- To know what data we hold about you and to receive a copy of it.
- To have inaccurate data corrected and data erased.
- To object to or restrict processing that is based on legitimate interest.
- To withdraw a consent you have given, and to receive data you provided on the basis of consent in a machine readable format.
- To complain to the Swedish supervisory authority, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), if you believe we process data incorrectly. Contact details are at imy.se.
